  • The congress will be held on September 17-20, 2018 in the Balkan Congress Center at the Trakya University
  • Congress will accept only online applications
  • Registration fees include; welcome reception and cocktail access to all scientific and poster session, access to the exhibit area, conference bag and badge, abstract and proceeding book, all lunches and drinks, coffee breaks. 
  • The congress participation fee can be paid online with a credit card or deposited into the congress account.
  • Students participants must show the student documents during registration
  • Submission of abstract can be made through submission link until June 1, 2018
  • Author payment deadline is July 27, 2018 and each writer can submit maximum two papers (oral and/or poster)
  • Each oral presentation will be limited to 20 minutes
  • Posters will be presented electronically. So, posters should be prepared in 1081*1918 pixel dimensions and saved jpeg format. You can use the poster preparation linkage for poster preparation rules.
